It's also less absorbent and dries more quickly than cotton and wool, which means liquid stains don't settle into fibers as quickly and are easier to clean up. Sensitive to chemicals and synthetics? Bamboo is hypoallergenic so it's good for respiratory and skin conditions. And last, but not least, this bamboo blend is deliciously soft to the touch, and the dense shag fibers look irresistibly inviting and feel just as wonderful on bare feet. Grown in the Anji Mountains of China, unique for its lengthy annual freeze, this bamboo is particularly strong and durable for many years of top performance. The area rugs come in Coffee Bean, Latte, Ivory, Black, Beige, Sage, Pewter, Merlot, Crimson, and Merlot.
